New Reporting Forms

news image

We've made it easier for you to record a sighting of an American mink or one of our target invasive plants with our two new online reporting forms.

Simply enter the information about what you've seen, drop a pin on the map or enter an address to tell us where you've seen it and submit the form.

Your sighting will reach our team within a day, meaning we can react to it quickly if we need to (essential for American mink sightings) and the data is store securely within our GIS system. We also pass all records onto the National Biodiversity Database so they can be viewed and used by anyone.

We will investigate sightings that are within our project area (generally Perthshire, Angus, Aberdeenshire, Moray and Highland) and if within our remit (generally riparian corridors) and we are able, we’ll follow up with control action.
