Our staff

Text

The Scottish Invasive Species Initiative employs a team of six full-time and seasonal staff, based with our partner organisations, and dedicated to delivering the SISI project.  They work alongside the staff of the local fisheries trusts and boards who also have some of their time allocated to the project.

Our project officers are area based and they co-ordinate invasive species management, work with volunteers, community groups and school groups and can attend local events, shows etc to raise awareness of the project.

In areas with no project officer coverage SISI activities are directly managed by the relevant fishery trust staff.
